Our SafeTCap® ART-135-1-S Front Frame Section was designed to cap over the original frame after removing the steering box mount and rotted metal then welding the new frame repair section to the frame.

Our SafeTCap® ART-135-1-S Front Frame Section was designed to cap over the original frame after removing the steering box mount and rotted metal then welding the new frame repair section to the frame. The ART-135-1 repairs the frame starting at the front cross member tube and ends at the front strut tower. The driver side frame section comes with a new steering box mount (ART-135) factory welded to the driver side frame section using precise fixtures. Both front frame sections and the steering box mount are made from only domestic 11 ga steel. The driver and passenger side frame section comes with a new 1/2″ weld nut for mounting the front bumper and also has drainage holes to prevent any further corrosion.
Our ART-135-1-Set consists of both Driver and Passenger sides and comes with installation instructions and our SafeTCap® warranty and over the phone tech support, M-F 8am – 4pm.
All SafeTCap® frame repair kits are made from only high quality, Domestic steel and are designed and fabricated to OEM spec.
