Upgraded drag link engineered from 1.5" x .250 wall USA made tubing drastically improves your connection to the road over stock

Heat treated chromoly tie rod construction is significantly stronger than OEM and other aftermarket options, and formed post heat treating for superior strength

Engineered for maximum articulation, the heavy duty tie rod is bent to clear sway bar mounts, differential cover, and steering pitman arm while supporting both a stabilizer and hydro-assist applications

Synergy Heavy Duty Tie Rod Ends are forged and engineered to be larger, stronger, and more durable than stock and include grease fittings and dust boots with retaining rings for easy maintenance

Single plane tie rod ends eliminate unwanted drag link or tie rod movement and prevent the dead spot when changing direction

Fully adjustable while installed in the vehicle, making set up and alignments easy thanks to our Double Adjuster Sleeve and Pinch Bolt Assembly

Pinch bolt design eliminates jam nuts, preventing loosening and alignment creep

Corrosion resistant and fully sealed from the elements thanks to the completely welded assembly of our forged pinch bolt housings

Tie rod is engineered and precision bent from 1.50" x .188 wall heat treated 4130 chromoly

Synergy metal on metal, fully greaseable tie rod ends include a 4140 steel shank, a 1018 steel bearing housing, and capped with a heavy duty nitrile-butadiene rubber boot and retaining spring

Synergy Double Adjuster Sleeve and Pinch Bolt Assembly for easy alignment

100% bolt on components assures an easy, trouble free installation with the use of basic hand tools

Notes:

No additional requirements for installation in the stock location.
Relocation of the Drag Link to the top of the knuckle for high steer requires 3 inch bump stop spacers, front track bar relocation bracket, and wheels with proper backspacing.
Replacement tie rod ends: 1x 4162-L, 1x 4163-L
If reusing the stock steering stabilizer or a steering stabilizer that uses 1/2 inch mounting bolts, Synergy MFG 8807-03 Steering Stabilizer Relocation Kit is required.
