We’ve teamed up with FOX Shocks to engineer a perfectly tuned and valved shock specifically designed for our Maximum Duty Suspension Kits. Fox IFP Mono-Tube shocks contain the latest in technology to transform the performance of your Wrangler. They use race-proven damping control to provide a comfortable on-road ride and predictable offroad handling in even the toughest conditions. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) mono-tube design separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. The IFP eliminates oil aeration allowing maximum performance! Our JK kits proudly pass the rigorous FMVSS 126 physical testing that accurately measures how the vehicle reacts after our suspension modifications. Test results prove that our suspension kits work in harmony with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system and retain the effectiveness for both vehicle performance and safety to reduce rollovers. Our kits come with excellent installation instructions with step by step photos and are easy to install with basic skills and hand tools. Quadratec's Maximum Duty Coil Spring Suspension Kits add an additional 2-1/2” of suspension and an excellent choice for fitting up to 34” tall tires. These premium kits replace your four factory length coil springs with our longer Maximum Duty Coils. Our coil springs begin with premium steel alloy material to ensure consistency and are preset to add memory and eliminate settling. Each spring CNC wound and then load tested to certify consistency through the spring's complete travel cycle. Our progressive rate coil spring are engineered to be within 10% of the factory rates with all the vigorous off-road handling capabilities while maintaining the smooth factory-like characteristics. Coil springs are easy to install with simple hand tools and do not require a spring compressor.
