The MetalCloak Lo-Profile Rear LED Light Kit is the BEST LED system for the Jeep JL Wranglers. The LED light kit works as a complete lo-profile and durable replacement for the brittle plastic stock taillights.

The rear LED light kit housing is made of black ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate), and bolts directly into the stock locations requiring no body modifications.

The housings incorporate a low profile led replacement taillights that provide a truly custom upgrade. The profile of these lights are slimmer than factory and provide narrow profile for added clearance. The Hi visibility led panels are much brighter than the dim factory taillights, have reverse LEDS along with side-visible running lights, are SAE/DOT compliant, and fit perfectly into the factory locations. Upgrade and replace broken factory lights or a get a great upgrade from the big, dim "stock" tail-lights.

Circuitry is designed to work for LED or Halogen equipped Jeep JLs. Factory equipped LED Jeeps may show lamp messages on the dashboard.

The Rear Molded LED Kit works for Factory equipped LED or Halogen packages. Provided in-line resistors prevent "hyper-blinking"; this correction retains the turn signals standard/OE flash rate; Factory equipped LED Jeeps may show lamp messages on the dashboard. The resistors finned, aluminum, heat-sink design helps dissipates heat and ensures longevity.
