The BakPak Tire Hoist allows for mounting an oversized spare tire to the bottom of the bed rack system and provides bed space on the Jeep JT Gladiator Truck.
The BakPak Tire Hoist relocates the spare tire to the cross beams of the BakPak bed rack system. Relocating the spare allows for additional ground clearance, improves departure angles, and eliminates the hang up point when wheeling underneath the JT Gladiator.
The spare tire hoist uses the factory winch from beneath the truck bed allowing you to lift and lower your spare tire quickly and easily while also keeping the much needed bed storage.
The spare tire base is made of strong 3/16” hot rolled steel and mounts securely to the bed rack cross beams with corrosion resistant hardware. The factory winch is encapsulated with a 1/8” enclosure that allows you to mount your hoist either driver or passenger depending on the set up of your rig. The mount and enclosure are finished in a black textured powder coat protecting them from the elements when out on the trail.
The hoist comes with four 1/8” stainless steel cross beam bumpers protecting the cross beams and preventing damage to the tire when secure. The BakPak Tire Hoist is made here in the USA.
