That is where the AEV 35″ Tire Clearance Kit comes in. This kit is designed specifically to prevent exceeding the allowable ball joint and CV angles, unlike many taller aftermarket suspension kits on the market, while still providing the additional clearance necessary for running a 35" tire.
The 35" Tire Clearance Kit includes a Suspension Kit and Body Lift for a total height increase of 1.5”. The kit features 1/2″ inch Body and Bed Spacers and a 1/2″ inch Strut Spacer(which provides 1” of true lift due to the suspension geometry) for necessary controlled lift. In the rear, a 3″ inch Rear Spring Spacer replaces the OEM 2″ inch spacer. The kit also provides precision-engineered brackets, OEM-quality hardware, accurate trim templates, and integrated closeout panels. With these components working together, your larger 35″ tires gain the necessary space to rotate, steer, and flex through the full range of suspension travel without rubbing or causing damage to your vehicle, even during demanding off-road use.
