Old Man Emu went through extensive testing and development with their front 90026 front Sport Strut for Jeep® WK2 models. Despite having a combined total of six different coil spring options for both V6 gas and 3.2L diesel engines from 2011-15, OME was able to produce a front strut that would pair with any spring option they offer for WK2 Jeeps®.
The goal was to manufacture a more durable strut that would outperform original equipment as well as other aftermarket options available to Jeep® owners. Aside from adding 1.75in of lift, one feature that Old Man Emu feels is worth noting is the twin-tube design applied to the outer body assembly that increases overall strength. The OME 90026 is a light to heavy-duty front strut for 2011-15 V6 gas or 3.2L diesel WK2 Jeeps® with or without a factory tow package.
