*Customer must know if the tie rod end if left hand or right hand thread. This is the tie rod end for driver side short steering knuckle to steering knuckle. For 1991-95 YJ's, this tie rod end threads into the tie rod adjuster on the wheel to wheel tie rod and connects to the driver's side knuckle. For 1997-02 TJ's, this tie rod end threads into the tie rod adjuster on the drag link and connects to the steering pitman arm. The thread diameter is 7/8. Cherokee applications: Tie Rod end, driver side at pitman arm, 1991-96 Cherokee and 1993-98 Grand Cherokee at pitman arm.
