The tire carrier arm mounts to the bumper using a Mega-Duty spindle, mig welded steel bracket with a heim joint at the tailgate to allow one handed operation. The HighRock 4x4 Bumper with tire carrier comes with a third brake light relocation bracket and accessory mounting tabs for things like fire extinguishers and Hi-Lift jacks.
