Internet Pricing vs. In store Pricing Disclaimer:

It is possible to receive different pricing on the internet verses in-store pricing. If you shop online for a price, then go to the store, you may get a different price. Online purchases require less manpower and therefore less overhead costs. Online pricing may be cheaper.

Price Match Guarantee:

Just Jeeps Ltd. will not be knowingly undersold. If you find the identical product on sale for less, within 30 days, we will gladly refund 105% of the difference. Just Jeeps Ltd. will only price match online purchases against online sale items. Consideration will be given for shipping charges, duty, exchange rates and freight. This policy does not apply to end of line sell offs, used, remanufactured, re-boxed, out of date, out of business sales and/or club or group buys.

Warranty:

At Just Jeeps Ltd. we strictly follow the policy laid out by the specific manufacturer. In most cases, manufacturers will not cover expenses such as labor, return freight, duty or taxes. We suggest you visit the vendor's website to get the specifics of their warranty.

Delivery/*Shipping:

Delivery is subject to warehouse availability. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer. Please take shipping time into consideration. Just Jeeps Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order placed and fully refund any monies received in the event of product being unavailable from the vendor or manufacturer. Just Jeeps Ltd. makes every effort to ship to our customers in a timely fashion. Air shipping is available for an additional charge. If the shipping rate is not quoted at check out, a Just Jeeps Ltd. representative will contact you usually within 48 hours with the shipping rate for your order via email. Upon your approval we will add the shipping rate to your credit card or Paypal account which you originally chose unless other mutually acceptable arrangements have been made.

International Shipping;

Shipping Claims;

1. Damaged Goods:

If you receive a package that is damaged, you must report this to Just Jeeps Ltd. immediately. Keep all packing materials. If possible, note to driver at the time of delivery that the package is damaged but do NOT refuse shipment. Carefully inspect all packages upon delivery. All damaged packages must be reported to Just Jeeps Ltd. within 7 business days. Damages not reported in this time become the customer’s responsibility. Just Jeeps Ltd. is not responsible for damaged goods or missing shipments that have been signed for.

All orders under 50lbs per item will be charged as follows:

• $0 -$100 Will be charged $15.00 CA
• $100 - $500 Will be charged $25.00 CA
• $500 - $1000 Will be charged $50.00 CA
• $1000 + Will be shipped Freight Free!!

**Note: Exclusions; Orders totaling over 50lbs, large or oversize items requiring truck freight shipment, hazardous goods, items requiring special handling or packaging, tires, destinations requiring air freight, destinations outside continental USA and Canada. Other exclusions may include remote locations such as Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Alaska. Just Jeeps Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders.

Return Policy:

All returns require prior authorization; Just Jeeps Ltd. will only accept new unused, unopened items for return. Special order, electrical, cut, custom painted and custom built items are non-returnable. Mounted tires are deemed to be used and are non-returnable. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be obtained from Just Jeeps Ltd. within 7 days of receiving your merchandise for refund. Refunds, if given, will be refunded through the same method as the original payment. All returns after 7 days will only be eligible for an in-store or online credit at Just Jeeps Ltd’s discretion. A 30% restocking fee applies.

Restocking Fees:

Shipping charges are non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the original shipping. Items returned without prior authorization or collect will be refused. Just Jeeps Ltd. will not be responsible for loss of product, shipping or any other charges incurred from products returned without prior authorization (R.G.A.).

A restocking fee of up to 30% will apply to merchandise returned for any reason other than damaged or wrong merchandise sent. We do not accept used merchandise under any circumstances. NO refund will be given for parts that have been installed or products returned with missing parts. Please check packages upon receipt to make sure all parts are there.

Sales Taxes/Duties:

Orders shipped within Canada will be charged will be charged HST to all Provinces and territories unless only the GST is applicable.

Orders Shipped to United States and other Global destinations will not be charged any tax by Just Jeeps Ltd. Border duties may apply. Tariffs, duty, VAT and any other taxes or fees charged by customers destination country border is the responsibility of the customer. At such time as Just Jeeps Ltd. may be charged brokerage fees, customs, taxes or any other fees surrounding an international order. Just Jeeps Ltd. will forward such charges to the customer directly or Just Jeeps Ltd. will charge the customer for such expenses to the account that the order was placed on.

Product Information/Support:

We offer full customer support and are happy to assist you in the installation process should questions arise. Carefully read through all installation instructions prior to installation. If you are not sure that you received the proper parts, please contact Just Jeeps Ltd. prior to installation. You must contact our office within 7 business days with issues of damaged packages or incorrect parts. Just Jeeps Ltd. is NOT responsible for parts that are installed improperly or not used for the applications intended. If you have any questions, call prior to installation... Cancellations:

Should you decide to cancel your order, you must contact Just Jeeps Ltd. immediately. At our discretion a cancellation fee of up to 30% will apply. Any orders cancelled after shipping are considered returns and you must receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) prior to returning. We are not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. If you refuse a package, shipping charges will be billed to you for the return shipping and appropriate restocking fees applied.
